Financial Statements
As of January 2012, the Company's Fiscal Year End is December 31st. The Company will report the audited results for its seven-month transitional fiscal year (June 1, 2011 to December 31, 2011) in March 2012 and will therefore not be reporting quarterly results or filing quarterly financials for the period ended November 30, 2011. Going forward, the Company's fiscal quarters will end on the last day of March, June, September and December each year.
Prior to January 2012, the Company's Fiscal Year End was May 31st.
